<p>Our Ministry Development Director, Rev Dr Robert Carner, will be in Sydney and Brisbane in early August to interview potential gospel workers.</p>

<p>A range of pastoral vacancies exist, some suitable for ordained ministers, some for experienced home missionaries, and some for applicants interested  in entering into home missionary service.</p>

<p>Available interview dates and locations are:</p>

<ul>

<li>Thursday 13th August, Brisbane</li>

<p>Fervr is an exciting new online hub for young Christians. Our mission is to use new media to help local communities of Christ bring his gospel to the next generation. We're currently doing this by providing free web services and fresh, biblical content on our website at <a href="http://www.fervr.net">www.fervr.net</a>.</p>

<p>We're looking for a talented digital media intern who is passionate about creating online content. You'll need to be a committed Christian who is highly creative, passionate about God's word, driven and responsible. Excellent knowledge of new media is essential along with graphic and/or web design skills. </p>

<p>Your main role will be to assist our web development team by producing fresh content that is visually appealing to youth, all of which will contribute to the kingdom work of bringing the gospel to the &#8216;online mission field&#8217;!</p>

<p>This position is ideal for high schoolers and/or uni students seeking to build up their portfolio while gaining significant hands-on experienced in a friendly, relaxed Christian environment.</p>

<p>You will be doing the following:</p>

<ul>
<li>designing website and email templates</li>

<li>typesetting and layout for eBooks and flyers</li>

<li>post-production of video content for social media channels e.g. Youtube, Vimeo, etc.</li>

<li>creating interactive online ads.</li>
</ul>

<p>Essential skills:</p>

<ul>
<li>proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Dreamweaver and Flash</li>

<li>knowledge of new media and viral marketing </li>

<li>acute understanding of youth culture.</li>
</ul>

<p>We need someone to join our expanding ministry team who has a passion for seeing teenagers come to know and love Jesus.</p>

<p>Primary responsibilities will include:</p>

<li>overseeing and developing the youth ministry</li>

<li>training and equipping youth leaders</li>

<li>outreach into the local high schools working  with the Coffs Coast Schools ministry.</li>
