I have found these to be my most successful way to persevere with reading my Bible. Having the passage, three questions and then a point to ponder and a point to pray for creates a very do-able target. If I don't get it done in the morning, I can cart it around until I have done it. And, given that they're so short, whenever I'm tempted to think that I don't have time, it's usually not true. Also, although they're short, they've still been great for me growing and reminding me/turning my thoughts back to what's good and true. I'm really thankful for them.

I love it that they are just a Bible reading tool (they don't have any author devotional).

Most days have a very short passage, but occasionally they can be dauntingly long (still not that long, but when you're used to a paragraph or two it can be a shock to see a couple of columns), and, it is in ESV so it can be tricky language sometime too.
